Simplex AirLock™ cleanroom enclosures are modular, free-standing cleanrooms. Each enclosure is custom-built and designed to meet your size and space applications and your function requirements. AirLock meets ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) to ISO Class 4 (Class 10) levels of clean when matched with the correct configuration of HEPA filters. Best of all, Airlock's modular design means that you can expand your existing AirLock cleanroom to meet your growing needs. Design the AirLock to work with a variety of wall materials, including transparent Plexiglas, aluminum composite panels and various softwall materials.

Simplex AirBlock™ curtains are the #1 specified cleanroom curtains in the industry. One of AirBlock's distinctive features is the selection of innovative mounting hardware, engineered for maximum performance and easy installation with minimum damage to existing walls or ceilings in your facility. Use AirBlock curtains to build a softwall cleanroom, or to create cleaner zones within an existing cleanroom.

The Simplex SIS 212 Modular Frame System provides enclosure solutions for cleanrooms that can be moved around a plant, such as large injection mold operations. The system is designed for fast construction and can be easily customized. Enclosures can be fitted with HEPA filters and modular air conditioning units, or can be quickly adapted to existing ventilating and dust collection systems.

All Simpex enclosures can also be configured to work with PolySim 509, a revolutionary transparent urethane material that is both non-outgassing and ESD-resistant. All enclosures are designed to go together easily with a minimum of tools.
