Omnetics specializes in both .050" and .025" centerline connectors. Standard insulator shapes include single row, dual row and circular configurations. Omnetics can also design custom machined and molded insulators as required.

Depending on the configuration, sizes are available from 1-176 positions. Optional features include: Guide Pins, Mounting Holes, Latches, Retention Screws, and for added durability custom metal housings can also be added. Omnetics has the expertise to make high quality terminations to various types of wire, cable, and flex circuits per customer requirements. Omnetics is tooled to create a wide range SMT and Thru-Hole tails. Additional custom tail bends can be created with modest NRE charges.

Our connector designs incorporate the time tested Flex-Pin. These compliant stamped pins mate with our screw-machined sockets. Both are gold plated and offer superior reliability. They offer low resistance and excellent current carrying capability relative to their size. The .050" center connectors can carry a continuos current of 3 amps per contact, while the .025" center nano connectors can carry up to 1 amp per contact.
