Cutting:
The Cutting Department produces burr-free stainless tubes and wire for Blunt Needles, Obturators or hypo-tube components.

Pointing:
Our pointing capabilities are designed to produce a wide variety of products including Biopsy Needles, Stylets, Trocars, K-wire, Z-wire, Steinman Pins and Tunnelers as well as custom designs.

Drilling:
High speed drilling equipment provides us cost effective manufacturing of Aspirating Cannula, Pool Suction Tubes, Dispersion Nozzles and Irrigation Needles.

Blasting:
Our custom blasting operations provide alternative surface treatments for consistent non-reflective requirements.

Forming:
The precision forming equipment required to produce consistent flares, flanges, expansions, reductions and shaping has been custom designed and built in house.

Laser Engraving:
Our Laser Engraving capabilities give customers the ability to have a high quality corporate logo prominently displayed on their product.

Insert Molding:
The NeedleTech Insert Molding Department offers dedicated equipment to produce custom moldings. A wide variety of male and female luer hubs are used on our Introducer Needles.

Assemblies:
Assemblies at NeedleTech include Drainage Catheter Needles, Suprapubic Cannula, Liposuction Cannula, Nerve Block Needles, Implanter Devices, pneumo needles and others.

Engineering & Design:
NeedleTech has a separate research and development center capable of providing samples and prototypes. Our engineers utilize the latest CAD KEY software to help design molds, fixtures and products. Excellence in tool design saves time and money by providing capable processes from which we build a consistent, high-quality product.
