Metal Cutting Corporation is an ISO registered manufacturer supplying medical device customers with tight tolerance metal parts... always

We specialize in cutting, grinding, lapping and polishing all types of metals. We also offer various secondary operations and all products benefit from our advanced metrology and cleanroom capabilities.

  • We cut solid wire diameters and tube ODs from 0.0005" to 3.00" or 0.0125 mm to 75 mm.
  • We cut tube IDs as small as tubing IDs can be made without obstructing the tube passage.
  • We cut tube walls as thin as 0.001" or 0.025 mm without deforming the tube concentricity.
  • We cut parts as short as 0.010" or 0.25 mm and as long as you require.
  • We cut uncoated and coated parts... always burr-free.
  • We cut with tolerances as tight as you need them... in the microns
    if needed.



    • Our vibratory, barrel, centrifugal, continuous flow and ultrasonic finishing systems offer polishing to 1 rms.

    Our precision centerless grinding equipment can hold diameter tolerances as tight as ±0.000025” or ± 0.5 microns. Our surface and profile grinders can produce profiles, forms, tapers, slots, angles and pointed metal parts at the smallest limits of radii and diameters.

    Our lapping, fine grinding and flat honing capability can hold exceptional dimensional tolerances such as parallelism to ± 0.00125 mm, flat to ± 0.000625 mm, and square from 10 minutes.

    To offer the best
    delivery     possible,
    we keep a large
    inventory of commonly
    requested metals.
    We have years of
    sourcing experience and an extensive network of suppliers, so we can get any metal available. Of course, we can always work with any metal that you supply. We also offer performance engineered specialty materials for select applications.
