MATERIAL
High performance Polyimide tubing manufactured by high performance people. Our Polyimide tubing is a thermo set plastic with superior torque, tractability, kink-resistance and flexibility. Braid and coil reinforced designs are available, as well as fluoropolymer coatings and a variety of colors. Our products are USP Class VI compliant and approved for medical use. Test data available upon request.

TOLERANCES
Our Inner diameter range is 0.003" to 0.083" with standard tolerances of ± 1%. Tighter tolerances are available upon request. We offer various wall thicknesses from 0.0005" to > 0.0100". Our standard length tolerance is +/- 0.25" with tolerances down to +/-0.005" made possible with our Micro Cut technology.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Typical medical applications are: Angioplasty catheters, Coronary Atherectomy catheters, Anesthetic delivery, Chemotherapy drug delivery, clot dissolving delivery systems, Urological retrieval sleeves and shrouds, Neurological radio isotope insertion devices, Arterial plaque compression and removal devices, Hemodynamic monitoring and pacing catheters, gas and liquid transport, micro slip rings, bushings, rollers, dielectric sleeves for pacing lead wires, Epidural catheters, etc. Typical industrial applications are: conductor sleeving, guide post slip rings, lubricant and fluid delivery, fiber optic sheaths, miniature bushings, vents, and more.
