Lacey's Integrated Manufacturing Team encompasses 3 complex in-house operations. These operations continually achieve dramatic production results that insure customer satisfaction.
Lacey's Metal Stamping Operation serves a diverse cross-section of industry needs and internal requirements by utilizing fourslide forming equipment, progressive, single operation and transfer dies. Metal Stamping can accommodate virtually any shape or complexity from a variety of materials.
The Metal Stamping Operation is equipped with presses from 2.5 to 100 tons which are outfitted with state-of-the-art operator and tool safety systems. A quick die change capability has been implemented to allow for faster response and more competitive pricing.
Lacey's Injection Molding Operation can accommodate complex molded components including metal and plastic insert molding.
Operating in a White Room environment, the Injection Molding Operation supports in-house assembly and contract custom molding.
Molding machines ranging from 28 to 250 tons produce precision components and sub assemblies from engineering grade resins. Our in-house tool room maintains molds in optimum condition.
Lacey Assembly Operations are performed in environmentally-controlled class 100,000 Rooms or conventional areas where complex semi-automated or manual assembly is utilized. Assembly techniques include mechanical fastening, ultrasonic welding, adhesive bonding and bulk or finished packaging.
A flexible, fully trained work force produces quality products that meet customer expectations and price requirements.
All Lacey assembly processes meet ISO standards and medical applications comply with FDA/GMP requirements.
