995HD Tube Expanders

Tube Expanders

  • The Lakeview Model 875AC Tube Expander is our most popular expander. It is used in hundreds of installations around the world, providing dependable, long-cycle operation and maximum efficiency. Its patented cam/jaw design eliminates over-stretched or split tubing.

  • The Lakeview Model 875BC Tube Expander uses 90o jaws to allow the insertion of a fitting while the tube is expanded. It has the same patented cam/jaw design as our popular Model 875AC Expander. Teflon-coated jaws allow the tube and fitting to slide easily off the unit as an assembly.

  •  The Lakeview Model 595C Tube Expander is another popular expander. When you want an expander that features infinite, easily changed jaw expansion, this is the one for you.

  • Lakeview Equipment's new Model 995HD-1 Tube Expander is a rugged, heavy-duty unit especially suited to expanding large-diameter tubing or tubing with heavy wall thickness or tough durometer ratings. Its simplified construction provides for long life and minimum maintenance. It's easy to clean and maintain.

    We also offer heated tube expanders and heated mandrels.
