Asahi Intecc Enhances Medical Device Components

Asahi Intecc Co.,Ltd.     ACTONE: Flexible Metal Hypotube

    A flexible metal hypotube ACTONE consists of multifilar wires. ACTONE is available for guidewire, endoscope control cable, and PTCA catheter shaft applications. The multifilar ACTONE cable tube features high torque transmission, pushability, low elongation, and kink resistance. It offers a degree of flexibility between that of a conventional stainless-steel hypotube and that of a conventional stainless steel coil. The smallest outside diameter is .010". A variety of sizes are available. New material and coated types of ACTONE are also offered as follows,
