Dynamic Fabrication Inc. is a diverse custom job shop specializing in close tolerance fabrication, Mil Spec. welding and precision machining. We do prototype, R&D and short run production work.
Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Exotic Metals are common alloys in DFI’s shop. Stainless Steel Clean Room fabrication is just one of our specialties. Many of these worlds most recognized companies in the medical field rely on D.F.I. to decrease their time too market.
Dynamic Fabrication’s diverse equipment and skilled personnel enable us to do a broad spectrum of work, which varies from small machine parts to 30 foot long, 15,000 lb. weldments. A few examples are framework, hoppers, tanks, skids, piping, vacuum chambers, probes, tooling, fixtures, conveyors, enclosures, props, special effects, and dolly’s all in different alloys. Dynamic Fabrication has the capability to do complete systems and assembly, including design and manufacturing, from concept to reality. Portable welding and field installation is also part of our service.
We are certified to weld aluminum, stainless steel. 4130, carbon and nickel alloys. Quality Control is in accordance to MIL 1 45208A.
