Custom Product Development
OraTech offers total turnkey manufacturing from inception to final production of custom products. Comprehensive in-house R&D, testing and prototyping capabilities enable us to build products to your precise specifications with rapid turnaround.

  • Consultation backed by a wide breadth of expertise in formulation and delivery options, regulatory compliance and other industry issues.
  • Formulation R&D: Based on your needs, alterations can be made to existing formulas, or entirely new formulas can be created for consumer oral health products, professional dental products or pharmaceutical products.
  • Engineering R&D: We can design and build production equipment, as well as packaging design via thermal forming, injection molding, blistering and other processes.
  • Prototyping: Product prototypes can be rapidly produced for testing to speed time to market.
  • Manufacturing: Our comprehensive capabilities include a fully integrated machine shop to provide tooling and state-of-the-art equipment for injection molding, syringe filling, printing, packaging into kits and final production (boxing, shrink wrapping, etc.). We also specialize in manufacturing custom thermoformed packaging for medical devices, syringes, tips and pills, as well as unit-dose packaging.
  • Quality Assurance: All products are manufactured and tested in accordance with applicable standards of the ADA, FDA, ISO, and the European Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC. OraTech is verified to ISO 13485 and particular requirements of ISO 9001 by a recognized CMDCAS Registrar and CE marks products accordingly.

OraTech's facility houses a full range of equipment that can fill, private label and package anything dental or medical supplies can be packaged in. We specialize in custom thermoformed packaging for medical devices, syringes, tips and pills. We manufacture for sterile, non-sterile and clean room environments. Our capabilities include:
