Medical
Accutek has extensive experience in a wide variety of medical implant testing, particularly in the knee, spinal and motion preservation areas. Accutek regularly performs static and dynamic testing for 510(k) submittals to successfully expedite products to market. Accutek's metallurgical experience and metallographic capabilities give our customers added value by providing immediate results for failure evaluations and product enhancements.

Fatigue Analysis
Accutek has over 30 fatigue frames available for the efficient and timely completion of your endurance testing needs.

Fatigue frames can be used for axial, torsional and multi-channel/compound cyclic testing. Routine fatigue testing occurs between 2 and 15 Hz, with specialty speeds as high as 150 Hz for rotating beam tests.

Accutek's exclusive, computer-controlled, data acquisition systems sample cyclic activity at 500 Hz with real-time sinusoidal display. Real-time adjustments are made using a P-I-D loop control to insure the accuracy and repeatability of test results.
