Founded in 1974, Seal Methods, Inc. (SMI) is a full service premier fabricator of custom designed shapes offering the widest capabilities and the most diversified products in the industry. SMI was one of the first converters to receive ISO and QS approvals in North America, and we are currently an ISO 9001:2000 and TS 16949 registered company.

Seal Methods has been servicing the Health Care and Personal care markets for 30 years, providing custom solutions for unique medical applications. We work closely with raw material suppliers backed by clinical, safety, quality, and regulatory documents. SMI can offer virtually any type of medical grade film, foam, or pressure sensitive adhesive. SMI has full lot traceability, is ISO9001:2000 registered, GMP compliant, and can manufacture components in a class 100 cleanroom.
