Located in Ping Hu, Shenzhen, China, Providence is a Hong Kong registered company founded in 1992 with sales and administrative offices in Hong Kong, the US and Germany. The company has over 2,800 employees and the manufacturing plant occupies over 500,000 square feet. Tooled for excellence
Our tooling workshop has the capacity for both in-house and export tooling production of molds built for 22 to 1200 ton presses. We can guarantee precision tooling and process capabilities meeting high tolerance and strict quality control compliance by using Mold Flow CAE automation, CAD/Cam automated machining and automated CMM for SPC (Statistical Process Control). Lead times for production molds range from 6 to 12 weeks.

Molded for medical
We have over 130 injection molding machines with both automation and hot runner capability. Presses range from 22 tons to 1200 tons of clamping force. Depending on the requirements and approvals of the products we manufacture, our injection workshops are set up to provide a controlled environment to stabilize and regulate both temperature and humidity. Presently we produce medical components in both our 10K and 100K Clean Rooms.

A key differentiator, among contract manufacturers, is how value-added their assembly services have evolved to meet today's cutting-edge technology. At Providence, we offer semi-manual to high-speed automation. Most of today's manufacturing requires some level of automation of the assembly floor, most of which is unique to the product lines being produced. As a result, Providence makes its own tools and fixtures on the line to drive productivity, meet performance specifications, and provide consistency in our quality metrics.

Our manufacturing and assembly services benefit from inventory management expertise and volume procurement capabilities, which contribute to cost reductions and reduce total cycle time.

With many of our core competencies revolving around electro-mechanical functionality, we specialize in the design and assembly of high precision, miniature and micro electromechanical drive systems, components and controls.

Our facility is managed in accordance with the requirements of the FDA and international medical community. While our employees are continually trained on company wide certifications as well as the evolving laws of medical device production.
