High heat glass filled engineering resins, TPE, and polycarbonate material.
Servicing the medical device industry for a number of years, primarily producing components. We currently provide final packaging with the completed product or device for some customers. We have products that go through Sterilization procedures after we have produced them. We also manage the sterilization process for our customers, providing them with all the required information, including Certification of Sterilization Validity.
16-Molding Machines range from 40-Ton to 385-Ton and shot sizes from 1.2 to 30 oz.

Apex Resource Technologies has a 15-man tooling operation, on site with extensive CNC Machining and wire EDM capability. We are very responsive to our customer's needs and can turn molds around quickly.
To deliver rapid time to market and insure the success of your project, our unique work flow process and intelligent approach to the development, engineering, design and rapid manufacturing processes, begins with experienced product design engineers working with advanced CAD systems, utilizing modern 2D/3D and solid modeling software. All our machining centers are driven by 3D Solid databases electronically transferred to the shop floor. Only a design assembly layout drawing is issued to the shop.
From limited Prototype Tooling to High Volume Class 101, Multi-Cavity Production Molds, with Robotic-Assist, we have the ability and expertise to handle your project from start to finish... and all In-House, using Concurrent Design Engineering and Precision Manufacturing.
Our on-site sampling capability allows us to test production molds and revise them in the same day, if necessary. Thus saving our molding customers valuable production time in their own molding rooms. This capability to handle all phases of construction under one roof means you can count on complete confidentiality on your proprietary projects.
