MedPlast Inc. is GMP compliant. To meet increasing demands for particulate-free molding in the medical device and health care market, we provide clean room molding (Class 100,000 and Class 10,000) at our facilities in Wisconsin, Arizona, and New Jersey.

In addition to facilities in Wisconsin, Arizona, and New Jersey, we also have operations in Iowa as well as Joint Venture facilities in China to provide global supply chain management services and help our customers to successfully explore and grow in the international market.

MedPlast Inc.'s facilities include 325,000 square feet of manufacturing space – more than seven acres under one roof. Our advanced equipment includes over 130 plastic and rubber molding presses, from 28- to 1,000-ton capability. Sophisticated internal tooling and molding making operations generate in excess of 200 custom molds per year.
