Coastal Life Technologies, Inc. (CLT) is a contract manufacturer specializing in design, assembly and distribution of sterile, single-use disposable surgical devices. ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13458:2003 certified, we offer streamlined solutions to develop and produce cost-effective quality products that meet your specifications.
Our turnkey logistical services can manage Design and Engineering, Materials, Assembly and Sterile Packaging, Sterilization and Warehousing and Order Fulfillment. CLT also features competitively-priced surgical laser fibers and catheters.
We can assist in the design and engineering of your device, from complete process development, testing and prototyping, to manufacturing documentation and regulatory compliance testing.
Because of our extensive network of established suppliers, we have immediate access to a variety of raw material items at a competitive cost. We will leverage our forecasting and inventory management tools to handle your raw material and finished goods. In addition, clients may rely on us to warehouse customer-supplied raw materials in our quality-controlled storage facilities.
Our 8,000 square foot ISO Class 8 clean room enable our highly trained staff to perform a variety of assembly processes and packaging operations. The CLT team reviews the specific assembly requirements and selects the best system for the product. We continue to monitor the packaging process as part of our ongoing quality plans to ensure package integrity.
During the sterilization process, CLT coordinates all aspects of device sterilization including validation and routine processing. We work closely with an ISO-certified sterilizer and move your product to and from the sterilization facility in our own trucks.
CLT's core competencies extend to warehousing and order fulfillment on behalf of our clients. Centrally located in San Antonio, Texas, our main facility has over 20,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse dedicated to the storage of sterile devices. This can translate to lower shipping costs and more efficient order fulfillment to your end users due to fewer time zone restraints.
