Contract Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Sterilisation services:
Ethylene Oxide sterilisation. This is provided at 18 locations, with full cycle development, validation as well as routine processing. Rapid turnaround can be achieved using our routine Parametric Release capabilities and EOStat service.
Gamma Sterilisation.
Radiation capacity is provided at 16 locations, with expert support available for dose setting and audit. There is also a capability to provide precision dosing for the medical and pharmaceutical industries through ExCell irradiators.
Electron Beam.
Capacity is available at 5 locations also supported by in-house process development and validation services.
Steam sterilisation.
Steam capacity is provided from the facility in the Netherlands.
Other Services
To support medical device manufacturers, Sterigenics provides microbiological and analytical testing services through its SteriPro Laboratories
