Precision Metal and Mylar Stamping
Headquartered in Northern New Jersey, USA, Co-Planar Inc offers precision metal and mylar stampings while maintaining tight tolerances and high-volume production. Our ISO 9001:2000-certified facility occupies 33,000 square feet; we operate 22 high-speed Bruderer presses, ranging from 10 to 75 tons.

Metal Stamping and Plating
Co-planar can stamp ferrous and non-ferrous alloys ranging from .004" to .070" thick. We utilize dual gauge, electron beam weld, clad inlay or overlay material systems to produce your precision stampings. We can supply components with Au; Ag; Ni; Sn/Pb and Ni/Pd plating. The end use of your product and its geometry will dictate whether we use pre-plating, post-plating or a cladding process; and whether the part is spot, overall or selectively stripe plated.

Co-planar can stamp up to tens of millions of parts weekly and still have the flexibility to produce shorter run applications.
