Innovative Blow Molding Solutions
Metro Mold & Design currently provides extrusion blow molding with a variety of single, dual, and triple head capabilities. We utilize state-of-the-art extrusion blow molding technology coupled with our engineering and process experience to provide solutions to your "complex" product requirements.

Thermoset Molding Expertise
MMD has been processing thermoset materials since 1975 and has a variety of injection (Thermoset Injection Molding), Compression and Transfer molding machines to meet the most demanding applications. We are experienced in SMC and BMC materials with a wide range of fillers and additives. Our strategic alliances with material manufacturers plays an integral role in the development of your product solution.

High Speed Precision Machining

Our machines have spindle speeds reaching 36,000 RPM and accuracies that allow us precision machine with cutting tools as small as .005" in diameter and drill's as small as .004".
