Much of our expertise is related to stent manufacturing. Our complete process begins with state-of-the-art laser machining that enables superior cuts with minimal recast. Proprietary electropolishing and related processes finish surfaces to very low roughness, often producing mirror smooth surfaces even on complex geometries. We believe that our surface finishing is among the best in the world. On your nitinol parts, the heat forming operations can be tailored and optimized to suit a broad range of device performance requirements.
We provide consulting in the areas of device design (including FEA), process development, materials technology and testing.
