Genesis Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in Radio Frequency heat sealing. We provide contract manufacturing services and license RF welding solutions. In addition to PVC and Urethane, products can be produced from Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyester, and many other GREEN plastics using our proprietary RF welding technology. This technology sets Genesis apart from domestic and Asian competitors alike, allowing our customers to benefit from lower cost production and higher performance products.
Genesis has two types of customers; those whom we provide contract manufacturing services for and those whom we license our GREEN RF welding technology to use in their own facilities. Genesis produces product and licenses technology in the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Central America.

Licenses for GREEN RF welding technology
Genesis can provide manufacturers who are looking to replace PVC or Urethane products with a license to use our proprietary technology for RF welding Non-polar plastics.
This is proven technology that makes RF energy usable with non-polar materials in a number of substrates including film, woven and non-woven fabrics, foams, and more. Our technology can quickly adapt to any RF machine, making it an ideal and highly cost effective manufacturing solution.
