Founded in 1948, Caplugs has over 50 years experience in the manufacture of premium protection products including caps, plugs, tubing, edge liners, wraparound tapes and netting.
Caplugs specializes in injection molding, vinyl-dipping, and profile extrusion. We house injection molding machines ranging from 7-ton to 400-ton presses which gives us the ability to manufacture parts in an endless variety of sizes and shapes. We also offer the largest line of standard and custom dip-molded vinyl products in the industry. Our in-house extrusion capabilities allow us to design and produce extruded parts in a wide range of sizes, shapes, and lengths.

Our extruded clear plastic tubing can be used for shipping, storage, display, and countless other uses. Caplugs' ClearView® tubing has the same clarity as glass with the durability of traditional cardboard mailing tubes. Especially popular for retail sales, our tubes showcase the product and provide the end-user with a reusable container. With a complete selection of tube ends available in hanger caps, straight caps, anti-roll caps, and more, packaging can be customized for any application.
