Supplies cast acrylic rod and tubing and custom converts Teflon-coated and silicone-coated tapes, fabrics, and belting, as well as such high-performance materials as UHMW polymers, Kevlar, Kapton, and skived Teflon. Converted products offer a heat- and chemical-resistant nonstick surface for medical sealing and packaging applications. The company carries a full line of pharmaceutical-grade silicone tubing for fluid conduction. Heat-sealer components compatible with Vertrod machinery include Teflon heater and pressure-bar covers, heating elements, and cut wires.
