Contour Plastics specializes in the manufacture of precision injection molded plastic production parts and assemblies, often with complex designs, high engineering content, and manufactured using special processes. We've added a class 10,000 and 100,000 clean room to better serve the demands of the medical and other related industries.

Delivery Performance
We deliver mold and parts in 1–4 weeks, assemblies in 2–3 weeks as well as rapid turnaround of prototypes. Project engineers will manage your project from start to finish, bringing your program to market on time and within budget. Our experienced internal team of process engineers, automation engineers, assembly engineers, quality engineers and production support staff are ready to step in wherever needed.

Engineering Support: from concept to finished product

We'll help with design assistance, prototypes and materials selection. Molds are highly engineered—including steel and mold flow. Products are designed for manufacturing and can include secondary operations and assemblies. Our assigned Project Engineer will be your single point of contact for the duration of your program and will provide and manage Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), tool design, tool build and part qualification to name just a few. Project Engineers utilize a team approach and enlist our Process Engineers, Assembly Engineers and Quality Engineers every step of the way to ensure a smooth program launch from tool design to production release.
