Custom Silicone Molding & Extrusion

Using over 40 years of expertise, Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (SGPPL) develops and manufactures both custom and stock silicone molding and tubing products for OEM customers worldwide. With an array of materials, ranging from platinum-cured silicone to DEHP-free PVC, SGPPL offers buyers flexibility in choice by providing a product line of fully characterized tubing. SGPPL's stock silicone products are tested to meet stringent ISO 10993, U.S. Pharmacopoeia Class VI, European Pharmacopoeia and FDA criteria.

Using their expertise in both silicone molding and silicone tubing, SGPPL has provided custom components and tubing to medical OEMS by inventing proprietary fabrication equipment. The ability to customize and invent processing techniques and products has strengthened SGPPL's knowledge of silicone and manufacturing. SGPPL's proprietary fabrication equipment ensures that customers receive both silicone molded products and silicone tubing in varying volumes that is of the highest quality and within price constraints.
