Description:
Offers contract manufacturing services to medical and surgical device OEMs. Tubing, flat sheet, and solid stock materials include stainless steel, nitinol, titanium, and plastics. Conventional CNC machining is available, as well as laser cutting, welding, drilling, scribing, and engraving. Cutting is accurate to 0.0002 in., and holes can be drilled to the micron level. Laser welding provides clean, smooth, and hermetic 0.007-in.-diam beads and larger.
