Description:
Offers pouch open-fill-seal systems to process barrier flexible films, such as Tyvek and foils, to package medical devices and diagnostic and surgical kits. The ABS system includes validation and calibration protocols to satisfy FDA GMPs for MAP and CAP heat-sealing. The Pouchmaster ABS can process a maximum of 12 × 12 in. for vertical product loading. The Maverick ABS poucher provides horizontal product loading for larger pouches and bulky products.
