Description:
Designs and manufactures sensor systems for tactile pressure and temperature monitoring with a range of quality control and R&D applications. Three different product groups--analogue, digital, and optical imaging--are marketed. Analogue products display quantitatively and qualitatively how pressure is distributed between contacting surfaces through a colour change in the surface material. Digital products include real-time sensor systems designed for monitoring pressure between nip rollers. The company's Topaq pressure analysis system, an optical imaging product, can be used to obtain high-definition colour-calibrated images that reflect how force is distributed between two contacting surfaces.
