Rotary Tables
The "RT" series rotary tables offer a convenient way to dispense material in a circular pattern. Most models provide two rotating platforms for simultaneous dispensing on two work pieces. The rotation speed, circle diameter and dispensing times are all fully adjustable, allowing the bead thickness to be precisely controlled.
The RT-FLEX systems have a flexible Z axis tower. The tower can be placed at any angle from 0 to 90 degrees, allowing the barrel or valve to approach the work piece from the side. This makes the RT-FLEX units ideal for dispensing onto the side of a cylinder or inside a cylinder.
The RT rotary tables are perfect for:
- Dispensing SOLVENT or ADHESIVE inside PLASTIC TUBING or PLASTIC CONNECTORS
- Dispensing SILICONES or CYANOACRYLATES on PLASTIC CAPS and COVERS
Robots
The I&J500-LN and I&J750-LN series robots automate the dispensing process by applying materials in dots, lines, or curves. All systems are completely programmable in all three axes, and can interpolate lines and arcs through three axes.
I&J500-LN - XYZ DISPENSING ROBOT
The I&J500-LN is a three axis dispensing robot with a work area of 300 mm x 300 mm (11.81" x 11.81"). Various dispensing accessories can be mounted on the head of the system to allow it to dispense virtually any liquid or paste. Material reservoirs can be as small as a 3cc barrel or as large as a 55 gallon drum. All I&J Fisnar metering valves, screw valves, and spool valves are compatible with the I&J500-LN system.
The I&J500-LN can store up to 10 different programs in memory at one time, with a total memory capacity of 2000 points. The system can be programmed using a teaching box or the optional Windows software package, which allows the I&J500 to be programmed from a PC.
I&J750-LN - XYZ DISPENSING ROBOT
Similar in design to the I&J500-LN, the I&J750-LN has a larger working area (400 mm x 400 mm) and faster point to point movement speed (750 mm/sec). The open design of the I&J750-LN allows large work pieces to be easily loaded and unloaded.
TMB100 - DISPENSING SCARA ROBOT
The TMB100 has a larger working area and faster PTP movement speeds than the I&J500 and I&J750 series robots. The TMB100 is suitable for in-line applications. Three and four axis models are available.
The TMB100 can carry a maximum of 5 kg with repeatability of +/- 0.02 mm. Maximum point to point movement speed is 1500 mm/sec. Lines and arcs are quickly interpolated by the onboard 32 bit processor. A secondary processor provides PLC functions, independent of the motion control system, allowing for quick and easy integration with other devices.
The TMB100 can be programmed using a teaching box or from a PC via an RS232 connection. Software features include palletizing, block editing commands, conditional branching, labels and loops. The direct teaching method allows point locations to be programmed simply by moving the robot arm to the desired positions.

- samples of your part . . . enough pieces to allow our lab to set up and run a trial. This usually requires approximately 20 pieces.
- a sample of your completed part, after dispensing
- a sample of the material to be dispensed (liquid, paste, etc.).
Upon receipt of the above items, our lab will:
- setup and program our equipment to run your application.
- VIDEO TAPE our equipment producing samples of your product
- Send you a report including the video tape and samples which were produced by our equipment
