Description:
Applies a proprietary thin, dense, hard, nonmagnetic, high-chromium coating to all ferrous and most nonferrous materials. This coating has been proven effective in reducing wear, eliminating galling and seizing, protecting against corrosion, and reducing the coefficient of friction. The electrolizing process gives a hardness of 70–72 HRc and is applied to a maximum thickness of 0.0006 in. with tolerances of ±0.0001 in. per side.
