MATERIALS
MicroLumen, Inc. is the International leader in the manufacture of high performance medical tubing. Our primary material is Polyimide tubing. Polyimide is a thermoset plastic which provides excellent mechanical, thermal and chemical properties. Our tubing is manufactured with tighter tolerances than conventionally extruded plastic tubing. Ultra-thin Pure PTFE liners available.
MicroLumen's diversified product line includes PTFE and composite constructions, custom laser machining, sub-assembly and braid reinforced shafts that solve specific tasks. USP Class VI biocompatible and ISO: 9001-2000 registered.

TOLERANCES
Our Inner diameter range is 0.003" to 0.083" with standard tolerances of ± 1% of nominal. Tighter tolerances are available upon request. We offer various wall thicknesses from 0.0005" to > 0.0100". Our standard length tolerance is +/- 0.25" with tolerances down to +/-0.005" made possible with our MicroCut technology.
