The Auto-Tipper (510-A) - produces closed or open tips and can simultaneously attach, weld and form soft tips. Almost any tip geometry can be created and the system comes equipped with quick-change tooling to accommodate a wide range of catheter sizes and styles. Dual tipping and hole punching modules available.

Traversing Heat Shrink System offers High Through-Put
The Shrink/Laminator (VS810-A) - offers a wide range of traverse lengths up to 70", processes 2 or 4 components simultaneously, and offers multiple length and speed transitions within a single cycle. Additional features include tubing guides to ensure product centering within the heat zone and independent temperature control of each. Also available in horizontal orientation up to 8.0 ft stroke and single or dual component processing.

The Thermal Bonder (220B) welds a wide variety of tube-to-tube and balloon-to-shaft configurations, consistently yielding glass smooth and strong bonds. Quick-change die heads are engineered to create narrow width, small diameter welds as well as large widths and large diameter welds. The (220B) is a cost effective solution for your bonding requirements if you need smooth transitions and bonds including braided to non-braided, butt welds, lap welds, single and multi lumen junctions.
