Description:
Imparts EMI/RFI/ESD shielding properties to plastic enclosures by depositing a thin, two-layer film of metal onto the plastic via a proprietary vacuum metallization process. Metals used include copper, aluminium, nickel, and stainless steel. The ISO 9001:2000, RoHS-compliant supplier has UL certification on more than 25 substrates. The company offers subassembly of conductive and nonconductive gaskets, windows, labels, cushioning solutions, environmental seals, and rubber feet. Pad-printing, silk-screening, and hardware insertion services also are available.
