We have state-of-the-art technology for the assembly of plastic components and tubing for medical device manufacturing.

Our core technology is Tubing Processing: cutting, gluing, leak testing, coiling and wrapping. Tecnoideal has designed an unmatched system of solvent dispensing on parts to be assembled, that is currently utilized on our Automatic Assembly Solutions.

The know-how in integrity testing is another key technology of Tecnoideal and, in addition to its application on Automatic Assembly Machines, we have thousands of bench-top testing equipments on the market for verifying the integrity of medical devices using a non –destructive air pressure decay method.
