The Ultrasonics Specialists
RINCO ULTRASONICS has been a specialist in the design and manufacture of ultrasonic welding machinery and ultrasonic cutting equipment for more than 30 years. Since 1996, the company, based in Romanshorn in Switzerland, has been a member of the CREST GROUP and it operates internationally employing 100 people altogether worldwide. Mastering ultrasonic technology requires specific expertise. The relatively high proportion of employees working in development, at around 20%, guarantees innovative products. Apart from microprocessor-controlled generators, and both machine and hand-welding equipment, the company also supplies components to be integrated with special purpose machines. RINCO products are used to weld plastic components and to cut food products as well as synthetic textiles. The modular design of the systems enables them to be easily retooled and upgraded. With a wide range of frequencies and power outputs from 100 to 3000 Watts, RINCO can offer a suitable system for almost any application.

One of the most important and certainly most challenging fields of application of ultrasonic welding and cutting technology is medical technology.
Our custom-made tools – particularly those with composite horns for complex welding operations – also allow you to make the most of our specialist knowledge and the proverbial Swiss high quality standards, which we also maintain, guaranteeing the best results.
Thanks to their modular design, standard products such as actuators and generators can also be perfectly fitted to special purpose machines. In addition, however, we also supply OEM products such as the AGM generator, which can be completely controlled by an independent PLC fitted to the machine. Multiracks allow several generator modules to be operated at once, whilst special actuators will never let you down, even when it comes to the most demanding of specialist applications.
As a supplier of components and consultants on integration, we work very closely with international OEM partners and can therefore also offer you the ideal solution for your automated applications.
