Hydraulic Burst/Leak Tester (HBLT)
The HBLT is a table-top computer controlled device used for the hydraulic pressure testing of catheters, fittings, tubing, and valves. The HBLT is available in six models ranging from 100-3000 psi. From the beginning, CDI has responded to customer requests by continuing to add new features, improve performance, and expand the HBLT product line. There are several options available for diameter measurement, including both contact and non-contact. All six models of HBLT are now available in an "XV" configuration, which provides more than twice the deliverable volume of the standard units. The most recent and exciting addition to the HBLT product line is the Smart Manifold. When connected to the HBLT, the Smart Manifold allows for the unattended testing of up to 10 products simultaneously. Future additions to the product line will include a 25 psi unit and upgrades to Crescent Design's Pressure Manager© Software to enhance remote control and data collection capabilities.

SinguLoader
The SinguLoader automatically singulates and feeds wires and/or tubes to downstream processing. Using just the front panel controls, the SinguLoader can be programmed for a variety of inputs and outputs. Built in maintenance controls allow for testing, alignment, and feed speed setting.

Modular Wire & Tubing Feeder
The Crescent Design Modular Wire and Tubing Feeder is an innovative device designed to transport or position wire or tubing for various manufacturing operations. Its modular design allows it to be configured in a surprising number of ways to accommodate a wide variety of applications.
