Our extensive 84,000 square foot, ISO 9001 registered manufacturing plant in South Wales houses the very latest technology for moulding and extrusion, offering unrivalled facilities for every aspect of the design, development, manufacture and packaging of custom products.
Our broad range of silicone processes include Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) moulding, Transfer moulding, Compression moulding using High Consistency Rubber (HCR), and Silicone extrusion. Our thermoplastic capabilities extend to both blow and injection moulding, and by working with polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene, we are able to produce an extensive range of both disposable and re-usable products.
This level of versatility and our capability to work with both large and small production runs allows us to manufacture a wide range of products of varying complexity and technical specification, over and above our standard catalogue lines, meeting the demands of today’s market. Additional capabilities that Bibby are able to offer include a full project management service, CAD technology, clean room manufacture, sophisticated printing services, skilled finishing and product assembly together with a bespoke packaging and labeling service. Our experience with complex legislation also helps in the demanding medical market.
